PLANTA , the 100 percent plant-based restaurant concept led by Steven Salm’s Chase Hospitality Group and Co-Founder & Executive Chef David Lee, will introduce Miami to plant-based Asian cuisine when the new PLANTA Queen opens in the heart of Coconut Grove on Saturday, November 7. Inspired entirely by Chef David Lee’s travels throughout Asia, PLANTA Queen Coconut Grove will be the first U.S. outpost of its sister restaurant in Toronto. The menu will feature plant-based takes on authentic Asian cuisine, using high quality, responsibly sourced ingredients in an elevated atmosphere.
